Foundations

  • Our Foundations program is designed to build a strong foundation in coordinated body movement and technique.

    We believe that every age group learns best through a tailored approach, which allows us to maximize development, foster a sense of fun, and cultivate essential life skills.

    This program sets the stage for your child’s future growth and success!

    Students will explore techniques from a variety of disciplines, including:

    • Jiu Jitsu

    • Judo

    • Wrestling

    • Muay Thai/Kickboxing

    • Kajukenbo

    • Boxing

  • Ages 3-4: 30min.

    Ages 5-7: 30min.

    Ages 8-12: 45min.

Foundations +

  • Our Foundations Plus program builds upon the skills learned in the initial Foundations class.

    This program offers additional opportunities for situational practice through randori (free practice), allowing students to apply techniques in dynamic, real-world scenarios.

    Recommended for kids who wish to obtain their black belt and/or compete.
