Coach

Rob Feck

It was only by chance that I was able to start my training in the martial arts. I am extremely grateful every day, that my mom walked me into the dingy, old basketball gym in the next town over, and I broke a board for the first time. Which, if you’ve ever done that, then you’ll understand it wasn’t about breaking the board…
My youngest brother had just passed away and I was feeling a lot of emotions that I didn’t have a proper outlet for at the time. Grief had shifted my normal, hyperactive self into overdrive. Martial arts taught me to regulate; regulate my mind, my body, and my perspective on life.

I found my zen.

…and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears…

I’m grateful for having the opportunity to pass this gift onto others; changing people’s quality of life, which changes the quality of the communities we live in, and in turn, the world!
